Two things I love - that partner surprisingly well.
Whether training in the gym or dance studio, moving is what our bodies are designed to do, and it is my passion to share my expertise and knowledge of both realms with you.
When it comes to fitness and mobility, if we don’t use it, we lose it. We are also much more susceptible to injury if we do not train appropriately. Without proper mobility and strength work we cannot live life, let alone dance, to our fullest capacity.
Quite simply - the longevity of our lives and dance careers depend on it!
