All the BNB App Mobility & Strength Training programs are designed by NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, and professional Ballroom & Latin Dancer, Marielle Suddarth. With over 10 years experience in elite strength training, and over 20 years experience in Ballroom & Latin Dance, Marielle knows what your mobility and strength training program needs to look like, like no other!
App Program Options Will Include:
Input and Monitoring by Coach Marielle
All Levels of Training (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
At Home Training Programs | AND | Gym Training Programs
2-Day/Week Programs
3-Day/Week Programs
All options will have Nutrition Tracking
All options will have Goal Tracking (such as daily protein goals, water intake, or custom)
Add on Extra Daily Mobility Program (perfect warm up pre-lessons & pre-competitions)
