Specialized Mobility and Strength Training for dancers is important. Become a stronger athlete. Help prevent injury. Build your confidence, stamina, and strength, on and off the dance floor! All the BNB App Mobility & Strength Training programs are designed by NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, and professional Ballroom & Latin Dancer, Marielle Suddarth. With over 10 years experience in elite strength training, and over 20 years experience in Ballroom & Latin Dance, Marielle knows what your mobility and strength training program needs to look like, like no other!

App Program Options Will Include:

  • Input and Monitoring by Coach Marielle

  • All Levels of Training (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)

  • At Home Training Programs | AND | Gym Training Programs

  • 2-Day/Week Programs

  • 3-Day/Week Programs

  • All options will have Nutrition Tracking

  • All options will have Goal Tracking (such as daily protein goals, water intake, or custom)

  • Add on Extra Daily Mobility Program (perfect warm up pre-lessons & pre-competitions)
