What Are My Shipping Options?

- Regular Shipping (5-7 business days) within the contiguous United States is free!

- Expedited Shipping is available upon request – you will incur the total charge of the expedited shipping cost (TBD).

- International Shipping is available upon request - you will incur the total charge of the international shipping cost (TBD).

Why Do Custom Orders Take 4 Weeks (Before Shipping)?

As much as I wish I had every available Swarovski rhinestone color in my inventory at all times (that’s the dream!), sometimes I have to special order additional colors to meet customer requests.  Then once I have received the appropriate colors I need time to carefully stone the shoe!  But don’t worry, the shoe will be shipped as soon as possible, and you will be notified with the tracking number ASAP.

Why Include Replacement Stones?

You may use your shoe in so many different ways!  As a bag charm, keychain, Christmas tree ornament, or simply set it on a shelf to be pretty, etc.  Some uses will incur more “wear and tear” than others, so I include replacement stones, that way you are prepared in the event that a stone gets knocked off your beloved shoe.  If you are a seasoned ballroom dancer you know rhinestones are likely to be dislodged from time to time, even though they are securely glued on by hand, so replacement stones provide you with a super easy fix!

What Is The Return Policy?

The return policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date the item is received. If you are not satisfied with your item, and you meet the below return requirements, you can return your order for a refund.

Please note you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs plus an additional $15 will be subtracted from your refund amount to cover our order processing expenses.

If the period of 7 calendar days has lapsed since the purchase arrival date, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a refund or an exchange.

Return/Refund Requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

- Product must be in original packaging

- Product must be unused

- Product must not be damaged

- Please contact me here to request a Return Authorization and include this in your package. Returns must be made within 7 calendar days from when you received the item.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Shipping Items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns can be mailed to: BNB Returns Address (provided with RMA). You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We highly recommend purchasing insurance and tracking services with all returns. We will not refund the shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
